Mireia Clua is an Industrial Engineer with 17 years of experience in public transport (Barcelona Metro & Bus) holding several positions, the last one as a HR Director. Nowadays CEO and partner at KWAN Barcelona (operations and strategy consulting).

Mireia has experience as a senior manager, expert in people, in project management, in process optimization and organizations transformation.

Lastly as a KWAN partner, he has entered the health field, carrying out several projects and participating in several studies, as operational director and/or project manager. KWAN Barcelona’s Lemma is Make the people do. People is the key for transformation success.
