Jordi Mitjà is an MBA and Industrial Engineer with 18 years of experience in public transport (Barcelona Metro) holding several positions, the last one as a COO (Operations Director). Nowadays CEO and partner at KWAN Barcelona (operations and strategy consulting).

Jordi has experience as a senior manager, expert advisor in mobility, operations, project management, process improvement and organizations transformation.

Lastly as a KWAN partner, he has entered the health field, carrying out several projects and participating in several studies, as operational director and/or project manager.
